that includes asset maintenance management you can still
adopt our on-line scheduling services.
These services are very powerful. You and your partners will turn
on or off over a dozen business rules already supported that give
you fine control over your "rules of engagement." For
example, you can require that no reservation can be made for less
that "X"
hours or that no reservation can be made for more than "X" days
at a time, etc.
These services also include the ability for your partners to share
on-line your asset's documents, an issue log, a photo gallery,
access to our
knowledge
base and
the
opportunity
to participate in message forums that can put you in touch with
partners from other partnerships.
Trust Accounting for Hands On Clients
You can also neutralize politics by outsourcing funds handling
to our trust department. You simply provide us invoices
and other payment instructions and we write the checks.
Partners pay a single monthly fee to us and we provide quarterly
Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet statements.We have a 3
year rolling budget template you can use to calculate monthly
partner contribution requirements. These services can be
added to our scheduling services for customers outside of
our current geographic territories.
