After four months in the planning, William
Blozan, Ph.D.has moved forward and incorporated Breeze
Easy, Inc. as a California Corporation. Experienced
in the challenges of sole ownership and recognizing
the trend toward more intelligent ownership
structures, William brought together attorneys, accountants,
software engineers and business analysts to create
a business model that supports recreational assets
owned in partnership.
Although dozens
of firms have attempted to offer fractional asset
opportunities in the last 15 years, most have faired
poorly, more
motivated by the prospect of additional sales rather
than a core focus on the provision of fractional
management. Our business model finally gets it right.
BE will focus exclusively on Fractional Asset Management
and will not be a broker. Offices were
retained in a secure building several blocks away
from the glamor of boats and beaches. Our focus is
on performing careful trust accounting, understanding
legal issues, and leveraging our sophisticated information
system. Our margins are modest; we are in it for the
long haul.
