In these challenging times people are working longer hours and have more demands on their leisure time. Fractional ownership makes logical sense because it can relieve much of the financial burden of owning a luxury asset and frees you from the time associated with maintenance - and even cleaning - while lowering your costs at the same time.

Consider this example: the cost of maintaining and berthing a beautiful 50ft sail or power boat can easily amount to 7% Fair Market Value per year. We charge an additional 1% FMV for our comprehensive services. Even in financial markets only offering a 5% ROI, you can put yourself in a position where you will not need to spend another new dime for the rest of the asset's life.

By re-investing 60% of the asset's value, the owner can expect to generate enough income to cover all future costs of the remaining 40% share in a fractional ownership arrangement into perpetuity. And chances are this can be done without having to reduce your asset usage one bit. Two new partners at 30% each provides the solution.
