Flexible Bylaws and Policies
We have a host of candidate LLC Bylaws that a set of partners
may wish to consider invoking or not to best suit their
preferences. While they do not directly address our management
responsibilities, our experience in fractional asset management
gives us expertise we wish to share. This protects the interests
of each partner and provides considerable flexibilty. These
elections become part of the core Articles of Organization
and Operating Agreement documents when they are prepared
by us.
Flexible Admin Business Rules
Partnerships are also able to control with great detail
what they wish Breeze Easy to do for them. Because we have
designed a very flexible set of services from which partnerships
may elect, there are a series of management business rules
available to partnerships which may be turned on and off
and which may be parameterized as desired. These are especially
important for our maintenace responsibilities and for partner
scheduling.
Configuration by Initial Owner(s)
In most cases partnerships begin either by a single owner
of a luxury asset wishing to sell ownership shares to new
partners or by a marketing effort of a manufacturer of a
new asset with which we are contracted. In these cases we
encourage these initial owners to review our candidate lists
of bylaws and management business rules and to propose elections.
This saves time for prospective partners and improves early
communication regarding preference compatibility.
A Process for Change
Over time, the partnership may elect to change some of
these options on or off as it seeks to achieve a desired
consensus and control over budget, maintenance, cleaning
and usage scheduling. We've got the procedures and forms
to make it all easy.
