A perfect partner may have very different usage preferences from you.
For example, if you live near your asset it will be very easy to coordinate
with an out-of-towner who wants
a few pre-scheduled weeks a year.
Budget Considerations
As a very rough guideline the annual maintenance costs
of an asset are approximately 6%. Hence a potential 25%
partner of a $300,000 asset should also be able to handle
a maintenance budget of $375/mo.
