The Partnership
When you partner on the ownership of an asset, you own
your share into perpetuity. You have transferable property
rights and can sell part or all of it as you see fit at
the going market rate, subject to any ownership entity bylaws
that you and your partners may have defined.
Some partners may want first right of refusal to purchase
shares from partners wishing to exit the partnership.

partner turnover. In some cases we may even
be willing to buy your shares ourselves.
